Minor Found in Unlicensed Patong Bar

Patong –

A Thai woman was arrested after she allegedly opened an unlicensed bar without permission and allowed a minor to work in it.

On Thursday night (August 24th) police arrested a woman identified only as Ms. Waraphon, her age was not given by police, at a bar in the OTOP Market on the Ratch Uthit 200 Pi Road in Patong.

She was taken to Patong Police Station to face charges of opening a bar without permission and allowing employees under 18 years of age to work at the bar and selling alcohol without permission.
