A Nigerian man was arrested in Patong for entering Thailand without legal permission.

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that on Monday (April 29th) they arrested an unidentified Nigerian man near the Bangla Road in Patong. He was taken to the Patong Police Station to face charges of entering and staying in the country without permission.

The Nigerian man did not release any statement as of press time. The Phuket Express noted that the Patong Police did not mention what led to the arrest of the Nigerian man.
