Egyptian Man Arrested in Patong for Overstay

Patong –

An Egyptian man was arrested in Patong after he was found to have overstayed his legal visa.

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that they have arrested Mr. Ibrahim, 26, Egyptian national, in front of a hotel on the Nanai Road in Patong this week. He was found to have overstayed his legal visa. The Phuket Express noted that the Patong Police did not reveal how many days of his overstay.

He was taken to the Patong Police Station to face charges of overstaying.
