The annual Patong Carnival is underway to mark the beginning of Phuket’s tourism high season.

The Phuket Vice Governor Amnuay Pinsuwan, the Patong Mayor Chalermsak Maneesri, and many Thais and foreigners watched the carnival parade yesterday (December 8th) at 5:00 P.M. along Patong Beach Road.

The 37th annual event is being held from December 8th to December 10th, 2023 from 4:00 P.M. to midnight onward at Patong Beach.

This year the event is under the theme ‘Time of Happiness’. The annual Patong Carnival is aimed to boost tourism and economy for both Thai and foreign tourists.
