Cruise Liner with 4,800 Foreign Tourists Visits Phuket

A cruise liner with 4,802 tourists on board arrived at a pier in Patong this past weekend.

On Saturday (November 11th) the Spectrum of the Seas Cruise liner from Singapore arrived in Phuket.

There were 4,802 tourists (not including the boat crew) on the cruise liner. Most of them were Singaporeans, Malaysians, Koreans, Chinese, Indonesians, and Filipinos but in total 44 nationalities were represented.

About 1,000 tourists bought tour packages on the island while the others are travelling independently.
