Kathu –

A Russian man fell to his death from a condominium in Kathu.

The Kathu Police were notified of the incident at 5:10 A.M. on Wednesday (October 18th) at an eight storey condominium in Kathu. They arrived at the scene to find the body of a 25-year-old Russian man on the ground at the parking area. (The Phuket Express is withholding his name pending embassy and family notification.)

Police checked CCTV footage at the condominium. The man appeared to come out from his room to the condominium’s roof top. Police checked the roof top and the room where the man stayed. They did not find any signs of a struggle or presence of any other person. At this stage, police believe that the man jumped from the roof.
