Phuket announces two injuries on first day of ‘New Year Seven Days of Danger’ road accidents campaign

Phuket has announced in total two injuries and two accidents in first day of the seven days (December 29th, 2022 to January 4th, 2023) of the ‘New Year Seven Days of Danger’ road accidents campaign 2023.

The Phuket Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) Office told the Phuket Express today (December 30th) details on the first day yesterday (December 29th), of the ‘New Year’s Seven Days of Danger’ road accidents campaign.

One road accident was in Thalang District and another accident was in Kathu district with one having a single female injured from each accident. No deaths were reported. No marine accidents were reported. Most accidents were on motorbikes and most other traffic charges were for not wearing helmets.
