PM Prayut to visit Phuket for Thailand Tourism Congress 2022

Phuket –

The Thai Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha will visit Phuket on June 6th, 2022 for the Thailand Tourism Congress 2022.

The Government Public Relations Department confirmed last week (June 3rd) in a report Prime Minister General Prayut’s schedule on June 6th in Phuket.

At 1:00 P.M. the Prime Minister is set to arrive at the Phuket International Airport before heading to the Phuttha Mongkol Nimit School in Mueang Phuket District.

From 1:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M. Prayut will be inspecting the Phuttha Mongkol Nimit School and give educational suggestions and an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) signing for a Partnership School.

At 2:30 P.M. he will depart from the school heading to the Beyond Resort Kata in the Karon sub-district, Mueang Phuket district.

At 2:45 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Prayut will lead the opening of the Thailand Tourism Congress 2022 at the Beyond Resort Kata.

At 4:00 P.M. Prayut will depart from the Beyond Resort Kata heading to the Phuket International Airport back to Bangkok.

There are no plans for Prayut to tour major tourism areas such as Patong or Phuket Old Town.
