Investigators from Patong Police Station are pursuing legal action after a 20‑year‑old female intern was allegedly assaulted by her supervisors inside a hotel kitchen in Patong.
The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that the case came to light after posts circulated on Facebook describing the incident, prompting police to launch an inquiry. Police interviewed the victim and recorded her statement.
Authorities identified two suspects, both Thai women aged 41 and 36, believed to have carried out the assault. They were subsequently brought before investigators at Patong Police Station for further questioning and legal proceedings.
