Firefighters in Sri Soonthorn responded swiftly to a house fire early morning after a cooking accident sparked flames inside a residence.

Sri Soonthorn fire fighters told the Phuket Express that Authorities reported that the blaze began when the homeowner left corn boiling unattended, causing the pot to ignite and flames to spread within the property. The resident immediately alerted local fire crews, who arrived promptly and managed to bring the situation under control before the fire could cause extensive damage.

No injuries were reported, and officials confirmed that the incident was confined to the kitchen area. The rapid response of firefighters prevented the fire from spreading further and ensured the safety of nearby homes.
