The Governor of Phuket, Mr. Chotnarin Kerdsom, presented a certificate of honor to Rattikan Amloy, better known as “Nene Royal” or Praew, recognizing her outstanding musical talent and international achievements. The ceremony took place at the Phuket Provincial Hall, witnessed by Deputy Governor Romdon Hayiawae, Provincial Education Officer Panna Phromwichian, and senior officials from government and security agencies.

The award celebrates Nene Royal’s role as a young artist who has brought pride to Phuket and Thailand through her dedication to music. Governor Chotnarin praised her as a role model for Thai youth, showing her perseverance, discipline, and ability to transform talent into success. He said that her journey serves as an inspiration for children and teenagers to pursue their dreams and represent their homeland on the global stage.
At just 16 years old, Nene Royal has already built an impressive profile. A student at Kajonkietsuksa International School, she began her musical journey at the age of six and quickly gained recognition through social media, where she now has more than three million followers. Her artistry has earned international acclaim, including being named a Featured Artist by Enya Music. She has also won prestigious competitions such as the Overdrive Guitar Contest and the King Power Band Competition.
Most recently, Nene captured worldwide attention by advancing on the stage of America’s Got Talent in the United States. Her performance of “Zombie” received unanimous approval from the judges, earning four “Yes” votes and securing her place in the next round. She is currently preparing her debut EP, marking her official entry into the international music scene.
The Governor’s commendation showed the pride that Phuket and Thailand share in Nene’s accomplishments. He expressed his best wishes for her continued success and encouraged her to remain a shining example for young people, proving that determination and creativity can carry Thai talent to the world stage.
