Patong Police Seize 134 E-Cigarettes

Patong –

Patong Police arrested a male suspect in a local guesthouse and seized 134 electronic cigarettes.

The arresting team included Police Captain Wiritphon Thibarat and Police Lieutenant Sawaichusawat, along with other officers from the investigative unit.

Authorities charged the suspect under Section 246 of the Customs Act B.E. 2560 (2017), which prohibits concealing, selling, transporting, or possessing goods known to have entered the Kingdom without proper customs clearance.

Following the arrest, the suspect and confiscated items were handed over to investigators at Patong Police Station for legal proceedings.
