Phuket —
A coordinated police operation has dismantled a notorious drug distribution site in the heart of Phuket City, leading to the arrest of three suspects and the seizure of crystal methamphetamine and related evidence.
On Thursday (June 25th) the Phuket City Police alongside district officials raided a residence in Soi Phunphol 11 of Talad Nuea, Phuket Town. The suspects taken into custody were identified as Mr. Kung, 52, a Phuket native; Ms. Toey, 39, from Chiang Rai; and Mr. Chan, 36, also from Phuket.
Authorities confiscated six bags of crystal methamphetamine weighing a total of 55.45 grams, a digital scale, drug‑use paraphernalia, modified straws used for portioning, and a wooden savings box. Investigators also seized three mobile phones, an iPhone 17 Pro Max, an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and a Realme Note 60, which contained incriminating chat records linking the suspects through drug‑related conversations on the LINE application.

Police have charged all three suspects with jointly possessing crystal methamphetamine for sale without authorization. In addition, Ms. Toey and Mr. Chan face charges of illegal drug use. The suspects were transferred to Phuket City Police Station for further investigation and prosecution.
