Minibus from Phuket Runs Off Road in Trang

At approximately 3:00 a.m. on Tuesday (May 26th), rescue teams from Sawang Phakdee Foundation, Wang Wiset unit, responded to an accident involving a Hat Yai–Phuket route minibus that veered off the road in Trang.

The incident occurred near Ban Nong Rom Muang in Kalase Subdistrict. Emergency responders arrived quickly at the scene and confirmed that all passengers and the driver were safe. No injuries were reported.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the accident, while the vehicle was secured to prevent further hazards. Local officials noted that despite the early morning crash, the swift response ensured passenger safety and minimized disruption to traffic.

This case shows both the risks of long-distance overnight travel and the importance of rapid rescue coordination in preventing casualties.
