Fatal Collision in Koh Kaew Leaves Motorcyclist Dead, Car Engulfed in Flames-VIDEO

Phuket –

A tragic accident claimed the life of a young motorcyclist and leaving a car destroyed by fire in Koh Kaew.

The Phuket City Police toid the Phuket Express that at approximately 3:00 a.m., police from Phuket City Police Station responded to reports of a collision in front of the Muslim Koh Kaew School in the Koh Kaew subdistrict.

Investigators found a motorcycle lying damaged on the road and the rider’s body nearby, fatally injured after being struck by a car.

The vehicle involved had lost control after the impact, veering onto the median and crashing into a utility pole. The collision triggered a blaze that quickly engulfed the car. Fire crews rushed to the scene and managed to extinguish the flames, but the vehicle was completely destroyed.

Initial inquiries suggest the motorcyclist may have lost control and fallen before being hit by the oncoming car. The force of the collision caused catastrophic injuries, killing the rider instantly, while the car’s driver was left amid the wreckage of the burning vehicle.

Authorities are now gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to determine the exact circumstances of the crash. Police stated that a full investigation will be conducted to establish responsibility and pursue legal action as required.
