Suspect Arrested After Series of Sexual Assaults in Chalong – VIDEO

Phuket

Police in Chalong have arrested a 30-year-old man accused of committing multiple sexual assaults against both Thai and foreign women in the area. The suspect, identified only as Mr. Boy (surname withheld), was taken into custody following a series of incidents reported throughout March 2026.

The Chalong Police told the Phuket Express that the victims described the assailant as a thin, dark-skinned man with a “skull head” haircut, riding a black Honda Click 125 motorcycle. The suspect allegedly used force to commit indecent acts, leaving victims injured and fearful.

Pol. Col. Surasak Jaidee, Superintendent of Chalong Police, assigned Pol. Lt. Col. Peerasit Nupayan, Deputy Superintendent of Investigation, and Pol. Lt. Col. Chayakorn Tangsakul, Investigation Inspector, along with a team of detectives, to track down the perpetrator. After gathering evidence, investigators identified Mr. Boy as the suspect and secured four arrest warrants from Phuket Provincial Court on March 24.

The following day, March 25, police apprehended Mr. Boy. During questioning, he confessed to the crimes. Officers charged him with “committing indecent acts against persons over the age of fifteen by threatening or using violence, while the victim was unable to resist.” He was handed over to investigators for prosecution.

A background check revealed that Mr. Boy had previously been arrested in 2023 on drug-related charges.
