Rawai –
A special operations team in Phuket apprehended a teenage girl accused of selling methamphetamine pills in a local community.
Relevant officials told the Phuket Express that earlier this week a 15-year-old female suspect was allegedly caught standing along a roadside in the Soi Mukdee area openly selling narcotics to users in the area. During the arrest, officers seized 24 methamphetamine tablets as evidence. The suspect was charged with:
- Possession of a Category 1 narcotic (methamphetamine) with intent to sell, in violation of Thai law.
- Consumption of a Category 1 narcotic, also illegal under the Narcotics Act.

The arrest took place behind the Chao Lay community in Rawai, a location known for its vulnerability to drug-related activity. Police transferred the suspect and the seized narcotics to Chalong Police Station for further investigation and legal proceedings.
