Patong Police Arrest Suspect with Ice, Ecstasy, and Ketamine

Patong Police arrested a 36‑year‑old Thai man in possession of multiple narcotics during a raid on a rented room on Ha Suep Pi Road, in Patong, in the Kathu District.

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that the seized items were 6.22 grams of crystal methamphetamine (Ice) and 100 tablets of ecstasy pills and 80 grams of ketamine.

The suspect faces charges of:

  1. Possession of Category 1 narcotics (Ice) with intent to sell without authorization.
  2. Possession of Category 1 narcotics (Ecstasy) with intent to sell without authorization.
  3. Possession of Category 2 psychotropic substances (Ketamine) with intent to sell without authorization.

The suspect and all evidence were handed over to investigators at Patong Police Station for further legal proceedings.
