Phuket –
A suspected drug dealer was arrested in Phuket Town with 10,304 methamphetamine pills, 747.22 grams of crystal methamphetamine, and 63.40 grams of ketamine.
Acting on a tip-off from a confidential informant, officers launched a surveillance operation in the Saensuk community, located in Talad Yai of Phuket Town. The suspect, identified only as “Mr. B” for legal reasons, was apprehended with a small amount of drugs on his person.
Following the arrest, authorities conducted a search of the suspect’s residence, uncovering a significant cache of illegal substances:
- 10,304 methamphetamine pills (commonly known as “yabba”)
- 747.22 grams of crystal methamphetamine (“ice”)
- 63.40 grams of ketamine

All items were confiscated as evidence, and the suspect has been taken into custody for further legal proceedings.
Officials stated that drug-related offenses continue to pose a serious threat to public safety and community well-being. “Narcotics never offer a future—they only take away everything you love,” one officer remarked, showing the emotional and societal toll of drug abuse.
The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to determine whether the suspect is linked to a broader trafficking network.
