Unidentified Man Found Dead in Abandoned Phuket Building

Phuket authorities are investigating the discovery of an unidentified Thai man’s body inside an abandoned commercial building near the Samkong Intersection on the Chalerm Phrakiet Rama 9 Road (Bypass Road). The body is estimated to have been there for around five days.

The Kathu Police told the Phuket Express that they were notified of the body on Sunday (April 21st) at approximately 5:05 P.M.. Rescue personnel from the Kusoldharm Foundation arrived at the scene to find the body of a man who was found lying on his back, unclothed, and without any identifying documents. A tattoo was observed on his back.

The body was later transported to Vachira Phuket Hospital for further examination to determine the cause of death. Authorities are continuing their investigation to identify the man and establish the circumstances surrounding his death.
