Young Woman Arrested in Phuket Town Selling Vaping Equipment

A young woman was arrested at a shop in Phuket Town for selling illegal vaping equipment.

The Phuket Provincial Police told the Phuket Express that on Tuesday (March 4th) at 1:30 P.M. they arrested a suspect identified only as Ms. Orraphan, 23, at a small shop on the Pattana Road (Lor Rong) in Talad Nuea.

Seized from her were 277 items of vaping equipment. She was taken to the Phuket City Police Station to face charges of violating the ban on the sale of any electronic cigarettes and vaping liquid products.

The Royal Thai Government having announced that it is completely illegal to possess, sell, or use any kind of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices.
