Three foreigners were arrested at two unlicensed and illegal boxing schools in Khao Lak.

The Phang Nga Provincial Police told the Phuket Express that on Wednesday (February 26th) they inspected two Muay Thai boxing schools in the Ta Kua Pa district. Both schools had no legal license for Muay Thai teaching, said authorities.

Five suspects were arrested. Of those, three are foreigners and two are Thais. They are facing charges of operating non-formal education schools without legal permission. The names of the gyms and suspects were withheld by police pending a further investigation.
