Young Man Arrested in Rawai For Selling Vaping Equipment and Illegal Cigarettes

A 21 year-old Thai man was arrested in Rawai at a shop selling vaping and illegal cigarettes.

The Region 8 Police told the Phuket Express that on Monday (February 24th) they arrested Mr. Phonsathorn, 21, from Hat Yai, Song Khla at a small shop on the Wiset Road. Seized from him were 41 E-ciguateras and thousands of illegal cigarettes.

He was taken to the Chalong Police Station. He is facing charges of violating the ban on the sale of any electronic cigarettes and vaping liquid products, and selling unpaid tax cigarettes.
