Driver Dies after Trailer Truck Collides with Sedan in Phang Nga

A driver has been pronounced dead at the scene after a sedan collided with a trailer truck in Takua Thung.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident at 6:13 A.M. on Wednesday (February 19th) on the main No. 402 Road Phet-Kasem in Khok Kloi. They arrived at the scene to find the trailer truck embedded into the sedan at the intersection near the Khok Kloi Bus Terminal. The trailer truck’s front wheels were up in the air.

An unidentified woman inside the truck sustained various injuries. An unidentified man who was stuck inside the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene. The Takua Thung Police are checking CCTV footage to find the exact cause of accident.
