Frenchman Arrested For Illegally Working in Patong

Patong –

A French man was arrested at a restaurant in Patong for working without legal permission.

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that they arrested the 37 year-old French man at a restaurant at the entrance of Soi Na Nai 3 on the Nanai Road. He was unable to present a legal work permit to officer. He was taken to the Patong Police Station to face charges of working without legal permission.

The Phuket Express noted that the Patong Police did not provide any more detail about illegal work that the French man was found doing when they arrested him or his full name.
