Phuket – A French motorbike rider was arrested in Kamala for reckless driving after a video of him riding in a “superman” gesture went viral on social media this week. The video showed the rider lying face down on the seat while riding the motorbike.
Kamala Police told the Express on Thursday, February 13th, that they had arrested the French rider. He was taken to Kamala Police Station to face charges of reckless driving. The case was handled by the court, which sentenced him to two months of imprisonment with a two-year suspended sentence and fined him 6,000 Baht.
