A Russian woman was arrested after she was caught smoking inside a popular shopping mall in Phuket.
The Wichit Police told the Phuket Express that a video clip of a foreign woman smoking inside the shopping mall was posted in social media on Monday (February 10th). She reportedly ignored security guards who were trying to tell her that she was not allowed to smoke inside the mall.
The Wichit Police rushed to the scene to find the woman who police identified only as 26 years-old Russian woman. She was seen smoking cigarettes and taking selfie photos of herself. She was also seem to be intoxicated.
She was taken to the Wichit Police Station to face charges of a public disturbance and smoking in a no smoking area in public.
