Two Russian Motorbike Riders Arrested for Riding Modified Motorbikes in Patong

Two Russian riders were arrested after they were caught riding modified motorbikes in Patong.

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that on Monday (February 3rd) at 8:00 P.M. they arrested MR. DEGTIAREV, 23 and Mr. KOZIN, 27. Both are Russian nationals.

They were found riding motorbikes in which their exhaust pipes were modified for loud noise. They were taken to the Patong Police Station to face charges of riding a modified motorbike.

This is part of an overall crackdown on modified bikes in Phuket, notes The Phuket Express.
