Vietnamese Woman Arrested at Phuket Airport For Illegally Entering Thailand

A Vietnamese woman was arrested at the Phuket International Airport where she was found to have illegally entering the Kingdom of Thailand.

Phuket Immigration told the Phuket Express that on Thursday (January 24th) they arrested a 29-year-old female Vietnamese national at the international terminal in the airport. She is being accused of failing to enter or exit the kingdom through a legal immigration checkpoint. She was taken to the Sakoo Police Station.

The Vietnamese national did not release any statement as well as officers, who did not release more detail as of press time.
