Russian Man Allegedly Steals Jet-Ski from Bang Tao Beach

Thalang– A Russian man is alleged to have stolen a jet-ski from Bang Tao Beach in Cherng Talay.

According to a jet-ski operator, the incident occurred on Friday, January 10th, when a Russian man went swimming at Bang Tao Beach. He reportedly climbed onto a speedboat near the beach without the operator’s permission and was asked to get off.

Subsequently, the man got on a jet-ski parked near the beach, again without the operator’s permission, and rode it into the sea. Staffers followed him and requested that he return to the beach.

Police were called to the scene and identified the man as Mr. Mikhail. Initially, police did not arrest him, telling the operator that the Russian man was just being mischievous.

However, the operator went to the Cherng Talay Police Station to file a report against Mr. Mikhail. The police are now actively searching for him.
