Three Suspects Arrested in Kathu with 1,300 Meth Pills

Three drug suspects were arrested in Kathu with a total of 1,308 methamphetamine pills.

The Phuket Provincial Police told the Phuket Express that earlier this week they arrested three suspects in three separate cases.

Mr. Pradit, 39, from Trang, was arrested at a rental room in Soi Kathu Waterfall in Kathu. Seized from him were 1,001 methamphetamine pills.

Mr. Anurak, 34, from Phang Nga, was arrested at a rental room in Kathu. Seized from him were 153 methamphetamine pills.

Mr. Wanlop, 47, from Satun, was arrested at a house in Patong. Seized from him were 154 of methamphetamine pills.

They were taken to the Kathu Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of category 1 drugs with intent to sell.
