Phuket Starts with One Death on First Day of Ten Dangerous Days New Year Road Campaign

Phuket has announced the first death with 11 injuries from 11 road accidents on the first day of the Ten Dangerous Days of the New Year Road Campaign.

The Phuket Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) Office told the Phuket Express today (December 28th) details on the first day (December 27th) of the Ten Dangerous Days of the New Year Road Campaign from December 27th, 2024 to January 5th, 2025.

There was one death in Mueang Phuket district with a total of 11 road accidents with 11 injuries. Nine road accidents took place in the Mueang Phuket district. One road accident was in the Kathu district and one road accident was in Thalang. All road accidents involved motorcycles.
