Husband Surrenders After Killing Wife in Paklok

Thalang – A husband has surrendered to police after killing his wife in Paklok on Tuesday, December 24th.

The Thalang Police reported to the Phuket Express that they were notified of the incident at 5:05 AM at a rental house in Baan Ao Po. Upon arrival, officers found the suspect, Mr. Faris, 29, and discovered the body of Ms. Weena, 43, in the kitchen with bruises on her neck. Police believe she had been dead for at least two hours.

Mr. Faris admitted to the police that he had argued with his wife and attacked her by strangling her and knocking her head on the floor. After the incident, he called the emergency responders hotline 1669 and the Thalang Police.

Ms. Joy, the victim’s employer, informed the police that Ms. Weena and her husband had a child but were separated. She was unaware of what had transpired before Ms. Weena’s death.

The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to determine the exact circumstances leading to this tragic event.
