Phuket Old Town Tourism Event is Underway

Phuket –

The event ‘Phuket Old Town , Every Street Tells a Story’ is being held until December 1st of next month.

The event was launched on Wednesday (November 27th) and led by the Phuket Governor Sophon Suwannarat at the 72nd Anniversary Queen Sirikit Park near the Hai Leng Ong Statue (Golden Dragon Monument) on the Thalang Road. There are many activities at the event including:

– Work shops from local tourism communities

– Art presentations from Phuket artists

– Five rounds of lighting installation shows on at the clock tower at the park from 5:00 P.M. onward

– Local performance and music shows

– Check – in photo shoots perfect for influencers.

– Vehicle tours around old town

– Food trucks

Governor Sophon noted that the event is aimed to boost the area as a center of world tourism under the campaign ‘Phuket Soft Power’ which include buildings, food, costumes and feelings as Phuket signatures.
