Wichit –
A woman died while her husband was injured after a motorbike accident in Wichit on Monday (November 25th).
The Wichit Police were notified of the accident at 11:50 A.M. on the Chao Fa East Road. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find an injured woman, Ms. Khwanjai, 43. She was unconscious but was later sadly pronounced dead at a local hospital. Nearby, rescue workers found the damaged motorbike on a wet road.
The slightly injured rider, Mr. Kittikorn Sawangjit, 58, said he and his wife were coming back from a medical center in Wichit. The road was slippery before the motorbike crashed and his wife’s head hit the road. There was no report on if she was wearing a helmet.
