Headless Dugong Found in Thalang

A headless dugong was found near a pier in Paklok.

The Thai Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR) was notified of a dead dugong found floating in the sea in Pa Klok on Wednesday (November 13th). They went out to search for it but did not find any dead dugongs.

On Thursday (November 15th) the headless dugong was found near a pier in the Baan Bang Rong, Paklok. The dugong was taken to the Sireetarn Marine Endangered Animal Rescue Center to find its cause of death and to determine what had happened.
