Patong —
At 8:20 PM on November 12th, 2024, Patong police responded to a report of a woman who had fallen from the fifth floor of a hotel in Patong, Phuket, sustaining severe injuries.
The injured woman, publicly identified only as Ms. Kwandao, 35, was found lying near the hotel wall, dressed in a black long-sleeve shirt, blue and white shorts, and black sneakers. She had visible leg injuries but was still breathing.
Initial investigation revealed that Kwandao had been staying alone in a fifth-floor room. Hotel staff and police found her room locked from the inside with no one else present.
Rescue personnel from Kusoldham Phuket Foundation promptly transported her to Vachira Phuket Hospital for emergency medical treatment. Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the circumstances of her fall.
