2. A three meter long python was caught in the sea at the Kamala Beach while lots of foreigners were swimming nearby.

There were reports of heavy rain in Kamala before the python was found which could have led to it ending up in the sea.

3. An Israeli tourist faced a fine after riding a motorbike on Kamala Beach, an incident that has sparked widespread attention on social media.

He explained to the police in his home country, it is common to ride motorbikes on beaches, and he assumed the same practice was acceptable in Thailand.

4. In total, 16 dugongs were found alive in Phuket recently.

5. Nine British motorbike riders were arrested in Rawai after causing a public nuisance.
