Wichit –
A fire has damaged a small house in Wichit on Wednesday morning (October 16th).
Fire fighters at the Wichit Municipality were notified of the fire at 6:30 A.M.. They arrived at the scene with a fire engine to find lots of smoke and the small house ablaze. It took 15 minutes to control the fire. Lots of antiques and garbage which were flammable were kept inside and outside the house and contributed to the blaze but luckily no injuries were reported. The house was, however, severely damaged by the fire.
