1. A Russian man was arrested at the Phuket International Airport after he was accused of helping a fugitive suspect to escape.

2. An 82-year-old Swiss national was arrested at the Phuket International Airport with a gun in his luggage.

Mr. Kurt told police that he claimed that he thought a gun without a magazine and bullets could be carried on a plane. He was going to take it back to his country.

3. An unidentified body of a foreigner was found near the Patong Beach on Thursday (October 10th).

4. A Latvian man wanted by authorities in Pattaya was arrested at the Phuket International Airport.

5. The Phuket Vegetarian Festival ended with a million fire crackers. The festival next year will be from October 21st to October 29th, 2025.
