Phuket –
The Phuket Marine Police seized four illegal jet-skis and arrested two jet-ski riders at a pier in Koh Kaew.
The Phuket Marine Police told the Phuket Express that earlier this week they were patrolling at a pier in Koh Kaew, Mueang Phuket. They found two jet-ski riders who were waiting to service customers. They both looked suspicious when they saw the police. They were identified by the police only as Mr. Cherdchai and Mr. Narinthorn. Police asked to check their jet-ski driving licenses.
They were unable to present legal driving licenses to police. They were also unable to present legal registration licenses for the four jet-skis. They were taken to the Phuket City Police Station to face charges of driving unlicensed jet-skis without legal permission. They both have admitted the accusations.
