Two Suspects Arrested with 6,200 Methamphetamine Pills in Thalang

Two Suspects were arrested with 6,200 methamphetamine pills and 52.7 grams of crystal methamphetamine in Paklok.

The Thalang Police told the Phuket Express that on Monday (September 9th) they arrested two suspects who were identified only as Mr. Det, 24 and Mr. Raek. They were arrested in Soi Hin Lard. Seized from them were 6,200 methamphetamine pills and 52.7 grams of crystal meth.

They were taken to the Thalang Police Station to face charges of illegal possession of category 1 drugs with intent to sell. Both of them have denied the charges. They claimed to the police that the drugs belonged to a certain Mr. Imron who has escaped. Police are hunting for him as of press time.
