Surat Thani, August 16th, 2024– In a bizarre incident, an unidentified naked foreign man was rescued after he was found trying to hug a cow near a road in the Baan Na Derm district. The Baan Na Derm Police were notified of the incident on August 15th near Asia Highway 41 Road in the Tha Ruea sub-district.
Police and rescue workers arrived at the scene to find the naked man, approximately 35 years old, attempting to hug the female cow’s head. The rescue team managed to pull him away from the cow without any injuries. The man appeared agitated and was unable to communicate effectively, leading authorities to take him to Baan Na Derm Hospital for further evaluation.
Witnesses reported that the man had been driving a motorbike, which he abandoned after experiencing a flat tire. He then walked into the roadside area, where he was later found naked with the cow.
The man’s name and nationality were not immediately clear and he was reportedly not cooperating with authorities trying to conduct an interview as of press time. Unsurprisingly, he had no identification documents on him.
