Minivan Collides with Car at Patong Hill Hotel Entrance- VIDEO

Patong – A minivan collided with a car at the entrance of a hotel on Patong Hill, despite the efforts of a security guard who was assisting with traffic using a red flag.

A 20-second video clip of the incident was posted on the local news Facebook page, Newshawk Phuket. The CCTV footage reveals that a white car was waiting at the entrance of a hotel on Phra Baramee Road, where a security guard was assisting with traffic control. The guard was holding a red flag to signal other vehicles to stop.

As the white car began to slowly turn left, a minivan traveling at high speed crashed into it.

The incident has sparked discussions on social media, with some users arguing that a security guard does not have the authority to stop vehicles on the road.

Immediate details about the safety and health conditions of those involved in the accident were unclear and not released to the press.
