Fire Guts Cables Before Destroying Motorbike in Cherng Talay – VIDEO

A fire gutted various electronic cables before destroying a motorbike nearby in Cherng Talay, Thalang on Thursday (July 18th).

Firefighters from the Cherng Talay Municipality were notified of the fire in the late morning at 9:00 A.M. on the Laguna Road in Cherng Talay sub-district, Thalang district. They arrived at the scene with a fire engine to find the fire was ablaze on cables on a power pole in front of a small shop.

The fire had already spread down to a motorbike parked at the power pole under the cables. It took about 15 minutes to control the fire.

The motorbike was totally destroyed by the fire. Cables were damaged but no injuries were reported. It was not immediately clear who owned the motorbike or if anyone or agency would take responsibility financially for the damages.
