The intoxicated men were seen damaging properties and threatening people in the Saphan Ruam Community, located in Soi Anupas Phuket Kan. Despite numerous calls to police (191), they had not been arrested until Monday, July 8th.

The Phuket City authorities finally took action, arresting Mr. Not (30) and Mr. Pui (33). Both brothers reportedly suffer from mental health issues. They were transported to the Phuket City Police Station.

Mrs. Noi (73), their mother, later arrived at the police station. She informed the authorities that her sons had previously received treatment at a mental health hospital in Surat Thani and is now planning to take them there again.
