Female Serial Thief Arrested In Patong

Patong –

A female serial thief was finally arrested after she stole from many business places in Patong.

A female thief was caught on CCTV footage while she was allegedly stealing some cash and a religious amulet.

Now for the update:

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that they were notified that the female thief was stealing money from a restaurant on the Ratcha Uthit 200 Pi Road at 6:10 A.M. on Saturday (July 6th). They arrived at the restaurant to find the female thief still trying to steal goods and quickly took her into custody.

She was identified only as Ms. Sajee, 39. She was taken to the Patong Police Station.

She later admitted to police that she stole from many business places in Patong especially along Patong Beach. She mostly stole money and targeted places that were easy to break in. She said she needs money to buy illegal drugs and play online gambling (slots).

The Patong Police told the Phuket Express that there were in total 12 business operators that filed reports about the same thief.
