Wanted British Man Arrested at Phuket Airport for Alleged Embezzlement

A wanted British man was arrested at the Phuket International Airport after he was accused of alleged embezzlement in Patong.

The Phuket Airport Immigration Officers told the Phuket Express that on Monday (July 1st) at 1:10 P.M., they arrested a 37 Year-old British man at the International Arrival Terminal at the Phuket International Airport.

The arrest follows an arrest warrant issued by the Phuket Provincial Court in April 2017 over the accusation of embezzlement. He was taken to the Patong Police Station for further legal action.

The Phuket Express noted that the Phuket Immigration did not release the name of the British man and other details of the accusation.
