Thalang –
A man was arrested with a gun at a garage in Thep Krasattri.
The Thalang Police told the Phuket Express that earlier this week they arrested a suspect identified only as Mr. Phongphiphat, 33, at a car garage. Seized from him was a handmade handgun with 12 bullets.
He was taken to the Thalang Police Station to face charges of possession of an illegal firearm and ammunition without permission. The Phuket Express noted that the Thalang Police did not mention what led to the arrest.
