In total, 36 suspects were arrested with 45,000 methamphetamine pills and a kilogram of crystal methamphetamine within one week in Phuket.
The Phuket Provincial Deputy Commander Colonel Kittiphong Klaikaew told the press that last week they first arrested Mr. Krit ‘Pan’ Saelim, 26, Mr. Sathaphon ‘Boy’ Srinuan, 30 and Ms. Somphon ‘Joy’ Detdonbom, 42. Seized from them were 45,778 methamphetamine pills and 1,024.73 grams of crystal methamphetamine. They are facing charges of illegal possession of category 1 drugs with intent to sell.
Police continued their investigation which led to the arrest of a total of 36 suspects in many networks in only one week, mostly in the Patong and Thalang area.
